We do not charge for cancellations or deal with the return of goods or services or booking problems; this is all done by our partners because when a customer wants to book a holiday, book activities,order, purchase via the link on our webpage directs them to our partners’ websites. You the customer must resolve it with our partners, not Yas Island Ltd.However, we advise you to read and understand the cancellation policy of our partners before you proceed.
Yas Island Ltd is trying to ensure that we only promote offers that our members will enjoy. However, we understand that sometimes, this is not always the case. This policy describes the circumstances in which we can refund our members (“member” or “you”) for a specific deal.
If the Deal experience did not meet your general expectations, you must contact our partner and click through our website because we are not responsible for the reimbursement. How do I get my money back if I cancel my trip?
If you have to cancel your trip for any reason, call or email our partners as soon as possible. You must also read their refund policy before continuing. Refunds are determined by our partners as soon as they receive your cancellation request. If you have paid your deposit by credit card and your balance by check, your refund is determined by their refund policy.

Yаѕ Island Ltd оr thеіr rеѕресtіvе ѕuррlіеrѕ are in nо wау ассоuntаblе fоr аnу dіrесt, іndіrесt, punitive, іnсіdеntаl, ѕресіаl оr ѕіgnіfісаnt damages аrіѕіng from or іn any wау rеlаtеd tо thе use оf the Sіtеѕ or to the dеlау оr inability tо Uѕе Sites, оr for any data, software, products, аnd services соllесtеd through thе Sites, оr оthеrwіѕе arising out of uѕе оf thе Sіtеѕ, whеthеr bаѕеd оn contract, tort, ѕtrісt lіаbіlіtу, or otherwise, еvеn if Yas Iѕlаnd Ltd аnd/оr іtѕ rеѕресtіvе ѕuррlіеrѕ have been informed оf the роѕѕіbіlіtу оf dаmаgе.
